In downtown Edmonds, Washington there is an enormous ancient camellia that is taller than a building and it must be 100 years old. The blossoms just cover the tree in the springtime. There are so many flowers it looks like a gushing river of blooms!
"Camellia Cascade" was accepted into the Northwest Watercolor Society's 2019 Waterworks Juried Exhibition at Tsuga Art Gallery in Bothell, Washington. This highly competitive show featured some of the best watercolor artists in the U.S. and internationally.
