Pink Stars
This cheerful plant is Schizostylis coccinea. It it the last thing to bloom in my garden in late autumn right up until the frost comes. I love these happy coral-pink stars! While the leaves are falling and all the other plants are giving up, they seem undaunted by the coming winter and put on their very best until their final moment comes.
